We currently only ship within South Africa. Postage is done via the SA Post Office unless otherwise requested by the client. For mainline areas, PostNet to PostNet, PostNet to Door, or ARAMEX to door are used.

A flat rate of R65 (South African Post Office) is added to each order on the site, however, this will be corrected after your order has been packed to reflect to amount according to the weight of your parcel.  The shipping charge may change to cater for your specific order.  If you choose Post Net to Post Net, the cost is R120; Post Net to door is R185 and ARAMEX to door is R120.

Returns:

Items received short or damaged must be reported to us within 24 hrs of receiving the goods.

Shipping charges are non-refundable. Non-defective items may be returned within 7 seven days for a store credit (in original packaging accompanied by a copy of the tax invoice). No cash refunds. Postage with regards to returns is for your own account.
