Attaching a Cord End - Style 1Materials

Tools Tip: Use fine tipped chain nose pliers. Pliers with too large of a tip will squish more than the center area of the crimp end.

For this technique, we are using a 1mm cord end with a 0.7mm chain. 		Step 2
Insert the chain into the cord end. The chain should almost come out of the other side of the cord end.		Step 3
With very fine tipped chain nose pliers, grasp the center "crimp" area of the cord end.

Squeeze the center area of the cord end until it is flat and the chain is secured.		Step 5
Repeat for the second side of the cord or chain. The loops on the cord end can now be used to attach jump rings or clasps.
