Tools Note: We have used two different color cords only for the purpose of demonstrating this technique.

Step 1
Start with the two pieces of cord. I am using two different colors for demonstration purposes - cord A and cord B.		Step 2
Cross cord B (the right cord) over cord A.		Step 3
Wrap cord B behind and around cord A.
Step 4 Step 5 Step 6
Step 4
Cross cord B (the left cord) over cord A.		Step 5
Wrap cord B behind and around cord A.		Step 6
Pull cords tight.
Step 7  
Step 7
Congratulations! You have now created a square knot!
